Juvra LLC (“Juvra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a business automation platform that provides AI-powered messaging assistants and voice agents on behalf of our clients (“Businesses”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you interact with a Business that uses Juvra's services through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, or phone calls.
2. Information We Collect
When you message or call a Business that uses Juvra, we may collect:
- Message content: The text of messages you send and receive through Facebook Messenger or Instagram DMs.
- Sender identifiers: Your platform-specific user ID (not your personal Facebook profile information).
- Call metadata: Call duration, timestamps, and transcripts when you interact with a voice agent.
- Conversation history: Recent message exchanges (up to 24 hours) to maintain conversation context.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries about the Business's services, hours, and pricing.
- Maintain conversation context so you don't have to repeat yourself.
- Improve the quality and accuracy of automated responses.
- Monitor system performance and diagnose technical issues.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Message data is shared only with the Business you are communicating with and the AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) that generate responses on the Business's behalf. These providers process data under strict data processing agreements and do not use your messages for training.
5. Data Retention
Conversation history used for context is retained for 24 hours. Activity logs (message summaries, response times) are retained for up to 90 days for quality monitoring. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials, HTTPS for all data in transit, and access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel only.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about your interactions.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Opt out of automated messaging by contacting the Business directly.
8. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email privacy@juvra.ai with your request. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You can also submit a data deletion request through our data deletion page.
9. SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications via our contact form or through a Business we work with, Juvra AI may send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service updates on behalf of that Business. Opting in to SMS is entirely voluntary and is never required to submit a form or receive service.
- Opt-in: You consent by checking the SMS checkbox on a form (unchecked by default). Checking is optional.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe immediately.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and preferences.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify affected Businesses of any material changes. Your continued interaction with a Business's messaging channels after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
