amzOS Privacy Policy

amzOS ("the app"), powered by Juvra, is a companion application for enrolled students of the Divine Amazon mentorship program, operated by SRG Industries LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and program enrollment status, used to sign you in and personalize your mentorship journey.
• Progress and tool data. Checkpoints you complete, quiz answers, profit entries, and data you enter into the app's tools. This data belongs to you and is visible only to you and program staff.
• Gmail data (optional — Inbox Watch). If you choose to connect a Gmail account, the app requests read-only access (gmail.readonly) and reads only messages from a fixed allowlist of Amazon-seller-related senders (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notices, and Amazon account alerts). Marketing and personal mail are not retrieved. From the matched messages the app extracts order numbers, item lines, amounts, dates, and alert summaries to build your order ledger and alert radar.

How Gmail data is used

• Gmail data is used only to provide the Inbox Watch feature to you: an automated order ledger, inventory sheet, and account-alert radar inside the app.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties.
• No humans read your Gmail data, except (a) with your explicit consent for a specific support request, (b) as necessary for security purposes such as abuse investigation, or (c) where required by law.
• Gmail data is not used to train generalized machine-learning or AI models.
• amzOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

• Data is stored with Supabase (managed Postgres) with row-level security, so each student can access only their own records.
• OAuth tokens are stored in a service-role-only table that no client application can read, and connections sync over encrypted (TLS) channels.
• Extracted alerts expire automatically after 30 days.

Your choices

• Connecting Gmail is optional; the rest of the app works without it.
• You can disconnect a Gmail account at any time inside the app (Inbox Watch → Disconnect), which stops all syncing and deletes the stored tokens.
• You can also revoke the app's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us at the address below.
